US-based real estate major Trump has now plans to expand its presence in India. Trump will develop two more luxury housing projects in India. With the plan to widen its presence in India Trump plans to develop two more residential projects- one in Mumbai and the other in the NCR . They had entered India with their ‘ Trump Towers Pune ‘. The residential project was launched in 2012. This marked the entry of Trump into India. ‘Trump Towers Pune’ was developed by Trump. However it was done in collaboration with Pune -based Panchshil Realty . Now in the same way the American real estate major plans to develop two more projects in India. The group has already entered into talks with some top real estate builders of India. They will be developing more projects in India. However they are looking for some good Indian partners who will partner with the American developer. Trump- brand is considered as one of the most elegant and luxury housing brands in the world. Its India-representative said that the group plans to make India one of their main markets outside North America. For meeting their target Trump has made Mumbai-based Tribeca Developers India-representative. The Mumbai based real estate developer group will have to find out the locations suitable for the development of Trunk brand projects. Tribeca will be invested with the responsibility of finding suitable partners for the group. Additionally the group will be finding suitable locations for projects. Trump is one of most prominent real estate developers of America. Their development- activities spread across to hotels and mixed-use projects, and Golf Course oriented projects. However their main concentration is ultra-luxury residential projects. Tribeca Developers Group’s Managing Partner Mr. Kalpesh Mehta said that the group plans to develop the projects within next six months’ time. Both the projects will be ultra-luxury housing projects.
